Broncos fan after dropping $21,000 on Super Bowl 50 tickets: 'Don't tell my wife'

Buying Super Bowl 50 tickets on the secondary market will essentially cost you an arm and a leg, but sports fans will be sports fans, and sometimes people are willing to pay whatever it takes to watch their team on the biggest stage. This guy paid $21,000.

An NBC Bay Area reporter caught up with this diehard Broncos fan named Justin at the airport. The back-and-forth is fantastic.

Justin: Well I spent $21,000 on the tickets.

Reporter: $21,000?! I thought you were talking $2,100.

Justin: Don’t tell my wife.

This doesn’t sound good.

Reporter: Are you joking right now?

Justin: No, No.

Reporter: Why?

Justin: Well for four tickets. For the four of us. It’s got the Broncos tailgate package — all that jazz.

At least it’s the full package. Go big or go home, right?

Reporter: What if you guys lose?

Justin: We’re not going to.

Reporter: What if you do?

Justin: We won’t.

Justin’s confidence is appreciated by the Broncos. Good luck, man.
